"建筑作为生活的介质"展览的主题为:日常经验作为创造性建筑设计实践与训练中不可缺失的要素。相比21世纪初期以来的设计模式,"建筑作为生活的介质"提出了一种新角度——在务实的同时,又抱着批判且诗意的态度来看待建筑实践。从对施工和材料的实验与整合出发,形成跨学科思考建筑的框架:包括技术人员、市民、机构在内的多方参与到设计过程中,设计者与建造者充分整合起来。MEDIOMUNDO建筑事务所的作品正是这种设计策略的体现。其作品结合了思考与实践,归纳出一种建筑作为介质的创作思路。

This article reiterates the theme of the exhibition ＂Architecture Set： Everyday Life Prepositions＂： everyday experience is essential to creative architectural design practice and training. Distinguished from other design logics emerged since the start of the 21st century, the exhibition emphasizes the ways of approaching architecture work from a pragmatic yet critical, poetic perspective that are developed from the experimentation and integration of different material agents and practices to achieve interdisciplinary reflection on architectural projects： processes involving diverse groups such as technicians, citizens, and institutions, and disciplines with the agents that build social production space. The perspective that the exhibition conveys and embodies, is illustrated through the work of the architects Marta Pelegrin and Fernando P^rez-MEDIOMUNDO Architects, which have been awarded in national and international competitions, and included in international exhibitions and publications.
