摘要
建筑设备作为近现代建筑中不可缺少的组成部分,对近现代建筑和城市的发展起着重要的作用。文章通过对于近代著名的慎昌洋行贸易及其工程实践的剖析,探讨跨国企业在中国近代建筑设备技术传播路径中所起到的作用,同时指出建筑技术的传播路径是理解建筑演进的内因与要素。
As an integral part of modern architecture, building services play an important role in the modern architectural and urban development, Based on an analysis of Anderson, Meyers ＆ Co, Ltd＇s practice in modern Shanghai and China, the paper explains the role played by transnational trading enterprises in the transferring path of building services technology in modern China. Meanwhile, it points out that the transferring path of building services technology is the internal factor to understand the evolution of architecture.
