Iran is an ancient civilization country with a long history, and Iranian architecture has a dazzling history. With the tireless explorations of many talented architects, there are many excellent architectural works in Iranian contemporary architecture. But for religious and political reasons, Iran＇s contemporary architecture has received little attention. Over the past 20 years, Memar has made an indelible contribution in the development and propagation of Iranian contemporary architecture, the Memar Award has also become one of the most important awards in Iranian architecture world. In October 2017, the 17th Memar Award was held in Tehran, and hundreds of Iranian architects and internationally renowned architects attended the ceremony.
