基于膜蒸馏技术的杂萘联苯聚芳醚酮共聚物(PPBEK)超细纤维膜的制备及性能 被引量:2

摘要 合成加工性能优异的杂萘联苯聚芳醚酮共聚物(PPBEK),并通过静电纺丝技术将其制备成超细纤维膜。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、拉伸试验、接触角测定和压汞法对纤维膜的形貌及性能进行了测试。结果显示适合纺丝的PPBEK质量浓度范围为0.10~0.25g/mL,纤维直径随纺丝液浓度的升高而明显增加。PPBEK纤维膜具有优异的热性能、机械性能、疏水性及较高的孔隙率,可满足膜蒸馏材料的基本要求。在直接膜蒸馏试验中,PPBEK纤维膜的渗透通量最高可达10.86kg/(m^2·h),对质量分数为3.5%的NaCl溶液的截留率最高为99.95%。因此,PPBEK超细纤维膜作为一种新的膜蒸馏材料在海水淡化领域具有潜在的实际应用价值。 Copoly(phthalazinone biphenyl ether ketone) (PPBEK) with excellent machining performance was synthesized. PPBEK superfine fibrous membrane was prepared by electrospinning and characterized by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), tensile test, water contact angle, and mercury porosimeter. The solution concentration of PPBEK suitable for electrospinning is 0.10-0.25 g/mL, and the diameter of PPBEK fibers increases obviously with the increase of solution concentration. PPBEK superfine fibrous membrane has excellent thermal behavior, good mechanical property, high hydrophobicity, and high porosity, which can meet the requirements of membrane distillation (MD). In the tests of direct contact membrane distillation, the highest permeate flux is 10.86 kg/(m^2 · h) and the highest NaC1 rejection of PPBEK membrane is 99.95% when the concentration of NaC1 feed solution is 3.5%. Thus, as a new MD membrane, PPBEK superfine fibrous membrane exhibits the potential ~or practical applications in desalination.
