摘要
本文从温州广电传媒集团全媒体融合发展过程暴露出来的问题出发,分析了现有业务流程再造存在的不足之处,作为一种解决方案提出了协同生产的概念。
This paper analyses the drawbacks of the existing business process reengineering aiming at the problems exposed in the media conver gence development of Wenzhou Radio and Television Media Group, and then puts forward the concept of collaborative production as a solution.
