2016年河北省唐山市淡水养殖环节中副溶血性弧菌监测结果分析 被引量:12

The analysis of Hebei Tangshan City's monitoring results on Vibrio parahaemolyticus in freshwater cultivation in 2016

摘要 目的掌握唐山市淡水养殖环节中副溶血性弧菌的污染程度,明确全市淡水养殖环节中副溶血性弧菌的流行菌株。方法根据GB 4789.7-2013中方法,分别收集唐山市两个淡水养殖场所中不同监测季度的水产品、水底沉积物、水体,分离培养样本中所含副溶血性弧菌,并进行鉴定和血清学分型,PCR荧光检测技术检测菌株的毒力基因。结果在104份样品中检出副溶血性弧菌28份,总检出率为26.92%,不同季节、不同类别样品、不同养殖场的检出率不同。28株副溶血性弧菌中有27株可被完全分型,分型率为96.42%;共分为14个血清型,其中血清型O2∶K28的占比最高,为28.57%。此次分离的菌株中未检测出tdh、trh毒力基因。结论 2016年唐山市淡水养殖环节中副溶血性弧菌检出率较高,且被检出的副溶血性弧菌多具有较弱的毒性,同时具备显著的季度性。 Objective To find out the popular strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in freshwater cultivation of Tangshan City,and realize the pollution level of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in freshwater cultivation of Tangshan City. Methods In different monitoring seasons,respectively collect sea products,subaqueous deposits and water body of Tangshan City' s two freshwater cultivation farms. To conduct isolation and identification on Vibrio parahaemolyticus,and do serotype of Vibrio parahaemolyticus according to GB 4789. 7-2013. And inspect the strain's virulence gene by using PRC fluorescent detection technology. Results There are 28 Vibrio parahaemolyticus among the 104 samples,and the detectable rate is 26. 92%. The detectable rate varies from season,sample's category and farms. There are 28 complete typing ones among the 28 Vibrio parahaemolyticus, the typing rate is96. 42%,it can be divided into 14 serotypes,and the O2∶ K28's accounts for 28. 57% with the largest number. Tdh and trh virulence gene did not been detected in the strains of this separation. Conclusion The extent of Vibrio parahaemolyticus' carrier in freshwater cultivation of Tangshan City is relatively serious. Most Vibrio parahaemolyticus that have been detected are slightly poisonous,and they are notably quarterly.
