2001-2016年江苏省南通市通州区艾滋病疫情分析及防治对策探讨

Analysis of prevalence of AIDS and control intervention in Nantong Tongzhou District of Jiangsu during 2001-2016

目的了解南通市通州区艾滋病疫情流行特点、变动趋势,分析防治效果,为制订、调整艾滋病检测、发现方案及防治对策提供科学依据。方法从中国疾病预防控制信息系统艾滋病综合防治信息系统获取资料,采用描述流行病学方法对资料进行分析。结果 2001-2016年南通市通州区累计报告HIV感染者和艾滋病病人349例,经性传播途径占95.99%,其中同性传播占33.24%;HIV感染者和艾滋病病人中青年人群占86.25%、男性占83.09%、农民占37.25%、初中及以下文化水平者占67.34%;HIV感染者和艾滋病病人的免费抗病毒治疗效果较好,服药不正常影响治疗效果。结论南通市通州区HIV感染者和艾滋病病人传播途径以性传播为主,同性传播比例逐年上升;感染人群以中青年、男性、农民居多。要采取针对性的措施加大高危人群的干预力度,提高HIV感染者和艾滋病病人的服药依从性,从而降低艾滋病发病率和病人死亡率。

Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics and trends of HIV/AIDS in Tongzhou District of Nantong City,to analyze the effect of prevention and treatment. The aim is to provide scientific evidence for formulating and adjusting HIV/AIDS detection,seeking for protocol and coping strategies. Methods HIV/AIDS data were collected from HIV/AIDS prevention and control information system of Chinese information system for disease control and prevention,the data were analyzed with descriptive epidemiological method. Results A total of 349 were reported from 2001 to 2016 in Tongzhou District of Nantong City.95. 99% of them were transmitted through sexual transmission,while the homosexual contact account for 33. 24%. Amongst all the cases,86. 25% were young people,83. 09% were men,37. 25% were farmers,and people with middle school education and below account for 67. 34%. Treatment effect of free antiviral therapy is satisfactory among HIV/AIDS cases,nevertheless,bad medication compliance would affect the therapeutic outcome. Conclusion HIV/AIDS transmission route is mainly the sexual contact in Tongzhou District of Nantong City,with homosexual transmission proportion rising year by year. The young and middle-aged,male,and farmers constitute major cases. Targeted measures should be taken to intensify the intervention for high risk population and improve the medication compliance of HIV/AIDS cases,thus reducing the incidence and mortality of HIV/AIDS.
