摘要
目的观察河北省学校自建集中式供水监管对策试验应用效果,为卫生计生部门和教育主管部门提供借鉴参考。方法在全省试验推行学校自建集中式供水污染控制措施和长效监管机制研究成果,通过在试验前后各分层随机抽查30%以上有自建集中式供水的学校进行应用效果调查。结果 2013年水源周围环境存在污染源的学校占2.3%,2016年没有发现学校水源周围环境存在污染源;2013年学校自建集中式供水消毒实施率为28.9%,2016年为31.7%;2013年学校自建集中式水源、取水、供水和储水设施防护合格率为64.0%,2016年达到84.2%;2013年学校自建集中式供水水质检验合格率为34.3%,2016年达到74.0%。结论学校自建集中式供水污染控制措施和长效监管机制经试验推行取得较好效果,可以供教育主管部门和卫生计生部门借鉴或引用。
Objective The purpose of this study is to observe the application effect of the centralized water supply regulation in schools in Hebei Province,and to provide reference for the health and family planning departments and the education authorities. Methods In the test implementation of the school self built centralized water supply pollution control measures and long-term supervision mechanism before and after the experiment results,the application effects of more than 30% schools with self built water supply were randomly selected from each layer before and after the test. Results In 2013,schools with sources of pollution in the water environment accounted for 2. 3%. In 2016,no pollution sources were found in the environment surrounding the school 's water supply. In 2013,the self-built centralized water supply and disinfection of schools was implemented at28. 9% and 31. 7% in 2016; the qualified rate of protection for centralized water sources,water supply,water supply and storage facilities was 64. 0% in 2016,reaching 84. 2% in 2016; the passing rate of self-built centralized water supply and quality inspection by schools was 34. 3% in 2013 and 74. 0% in 2016. Conclusion The school has built a centralized water supply pollution control measures and a long-term regulatory mechanism,and has achieved good results after the experiment. It can be used for reference by the education authorities and the health and family planning departments.
