中国农村人地关系的基本界定——基于马克思主义理论的分析框架

The Basic Definition of the Relationship between Human and Land in Rural China: An Analytical Framework based on Marx's Theory

研究目的:厘清农村人地关系的理论和现实,由此得出一般分析框架。研究方法:文献资料法、图形示意法和逻辑推理法。研究结果:在马克思主义理论视角下分析中国农村人地关系的内涵、特征及现实问题,总结人地关系一般框架。研究结论:考察中国农村人地关系需从土地功能、制度安排和农民行为三个角度出发,需要实现人—地—权的有机统一,进而实现人地关系和谐并促进农村发展。

The purpose of this paper is to clarify the theoretical and practical issues on the relationship between the human and land in rural areas, and obtain a general analytical framework. The methods used are literature analysis, diagram analysis and logical analysis. The results show that the connotation, features and practical issues regarding the relationship between human and land are analyzed from the perspective of Marx＇s Theory and the general analysis framework is established. In conclusion, the investigation on the relationship between human and land in rural China should focus on three dimensions, namely, land functions, institutional arrangements and farmers＇ behavior. The integration among human,land and rights would realize the harmonious relationship between human and land in rural areas as well as promote rural development.
