Rebuilding of Literary Contract and Exploring of Writing Method:On Birth of Diary-Style Novel in Modern Chinese Literature

20世纪20年代,在日记体小说盛行一时的背后,是作家对文学契约的重建和对写作方法的探寻。基于对交流与沟通的渴望,作家们以日记体小说的形式打破了晚清以来存在于文学领域中的虚构契约,并试图重建一种以真实为基础的新的文学书写范式,这反映了一种与时代息息相关的社会心态。日记体小说展现了20年代中国社会的精神风貌,是属于这个时代的独特文体,随着更新的文学书写范式的建立以及小说创作理论的日渐成熟,日记体小说逐渐退出了历史舞台。

In the 20s of 20th century,behind the boom of the diary-style novel was the writers' rebuilding of literary contract and the writers' exploration of writing method. Based on the eagerness of communication,the authors applied the form of diary-style novel to break up the fictional contract in the literary field since the late Qing Dynasty,and tried rebuilding a new literary writing paradigm based on reality,which reflected the social mentality of that time. The diary-style novel reveals the spiritual style of the Chinese society of the 20s of 20th century,it is the peculiar style belong to that time,and gradually quitted from the history stage with the establishment of the newer writing paradigm and the maturation of fiction composition theory.
