摘要
主要以乙类重点建筑——某中学的综合楼为例,从超限情况判定、抗震性能化设计目标和具体设计方案措施3方面,提出多高层平面不规则结构的抗震性能化设计重点和关键环节,总结性能化设计的可行性方案,为今后的工程设计实践提供参考。
This paper takes an integrated building of class B in a middle school as an example. This paper puts forward the key points and key links of seismic performance design of multi floor and plane irregular structures from three aspects: the determination of the overrun condition, the performance-based design goals and the specific design measures. And sums up the program measures based on the seismic performanee design, to provide reference for engineering design practice in the future
