摘要
低碳生态城市是应对城市人口、资源、环境和社会发展过程中矛盾的有效尝试。论文对低碳生态城市进行了内涵辨析,用复杂适应系统(CAS)理论的新视角分析了物质和非物质要素的适应性圈层关系,构建了以自然生态、经济低碳、社会和谐三维评价模型,最后以南京低碳生态城指标体系构建为例,验证了研究成果的有效性。
Low carbon ecological urban planning concept is a effective attempt of dealing with the contradiction problem in population, resources, environment and social development. Firstly this paper connotation analyzes the low carbon ecological urban, using CAS theory analyzes the adaptive relationship between material and nonphysical factors, constructs 3D evaluation model of natural ecological, low carbon and harmony social, finally taking Nanjing low carbon ecological city index construction as an example, verifies the effectiveness of this research.
