摘要 输电线路工程物资运输情况复杂,物资运输工作量大,运输方案、平均运距、工程地形的确定对运输造价密切相关。一般根据经验进行估算,其结果与实际存在一定的偏差,进而影响工程造价的合理性。论文结合怀化黔城—安江110k V线路新建工程概算编制,力求按照初步设计实际线路路径、运输道路情况等资料,并通过线路路径图、平断面图、采取"起伏高度""起伏高度与档距比值"2个量化指标对工程地形进行规范划分,对运输方案进行合理选择,用科学方法对本工程的运输地形比例、汽车运距、人力运距进行计算。既提高了概算编制的准确性,又提升了造价管理水平,达到了工程成本控制目标,实现了造价最大效益化。 The transportation situation of transmission line project commodity is complex, the work load of commodity transportation is big, the determination of transportation plan, average haul and project terrain is closely with the transportation cost. Generally we estimate it according to the experience, and the result has certain deviation with the actual existence, influences the rationality of project cost. Combining with the budget estimate making of Qiancheng of Huaihua to Anjiang 110kV new line project, according to the data of actual line route and transport road condition, through line path diagram and plan cross section, paper uses two quantitative indexes of undulated height and the ratio of undulated height and span length divide engineering topographic, and reasonably selects transportation plan, and calculates the transport terrain ratio, transportation distance by car and human using scientific methods, it both enhances the accuracy of budgetary estimate establishment, and promotes the construction cost management level, achieves the goal of project cost control, and realizes the most effective of construction cost.
