2013-2014年我院急诊科质子泵抑制剂用药情况分析

Retrospective analysis the medication situation of proton pump inhibitor in our hospital emergency department from 2013 to 2014

目的分析质子泵抑制剂在医院急诊科使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法医院美康临床药学管理系统抽取2013年1月-2014年12月急诊科电子处方中有关PPIs处方26 346张,统计PPIs急诊处方使用率,并抽取其中1 580张处方进行调查分析:患者的性别、年龄、就诊科室、临床诊断、PPI使用情况。结果质子泵抑制剂急诊处方使用率11.80%(3 108/26 346),注射剂及口服制剂分别为82.21%和17.79%;奥美拉唑注射剂使用数量及金额居第1位;不合理处方502张(31.77%),不合理用药主要是指征不明显。结论质子泵抑制剂在医院急诊科存在不合理使用现象,应加强措施促进质子泵抑制剂的规范使用。

Objective To analyse the use of proton pump inhibitors（ PPIs） in the hospital emergency department and provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods 26346 pieces prescriptions with PPIs were slected by clinical pharmacy management system in emergency department of the hospital from January 2013 to December 2014. Statistical PPIs emergency prescription usage rate,and extract 1 580 prescriptions for investigation and analysis. The contents of the investigation and analysis prescription include the patient＇s gender,age,visiting department,clinical diagnosis and PPI usage. Results The proton pump inhibitor emergency prescription rate was 11. 80%（ 3 108/26 346）,the injection and oral preparations were82. 21% and 17. 79% respectively; the number of omeprazole injection was the first place; and the proton pump inhibitor unreasonable prescription was 502 pieces,the unreasonable rate of 31. 77%,irrational use of drugs is the main drug indications is not obvious. Conclusion There is unreasonable situation of PPIs in emergency department of the hospital,measures should be taken to promote the standard use of proton pump inhibitors.
