腓骨近端截骨术治疗膝关节骨关节炎的早期疗效分析

Early efficacy proximal fibular osteotomy in knee osteoarthritis

目的评价腓骨近端截骨术治疗膝关节骨关节炎的早期疗效。方法 8例(8膝)膝关节骨关节炎行腓骨近端截骨术患者,通过比较手术前后膝关节活动度(ROM)、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、美国特种外科医院(HSS)膝关节评分观察早期疗效。结果 8例患者术后6个月膝关节活动度无明显增加(P>0.05),但VAS评分明显降低(P<0.01),HSS评分明显升高(P<0.01)。结论腓骨近端截骨术手术创伤小、操作简单、恢复快,是治疗膝关节骨关节炎的有效方法。

Objective To evaluate the early efficacy of proximal fibular osteotomy in knee osteoarthritis. Methods Eight patents（8 knees） with knee osteoarthritis were treated by proximal fibular osteotomy, and their early efficacy was assessed by range of motion（ROM）, visual analogue scale（VAS） and hospital for special surgery（HSS） knee score. Results The VAS score was decreased（P〈0.01）,HSS score increased（P〈0.01）,but ROM of knee joint was unchangeable（P〈0.05） in all cases at 6-month follow-up. Conclusion Proximal fibular osteotomy is of less trauma, easy operation, and fast recovery, which can be effective for knee osteoarthritis.
