Analysis for Impact of Pianpo Reservoir Construction on Huangguoshu Scenic Zone

水利工程建设影响方方面面,文章主要探讨在风景区在上游修建水库后的生态影响,阐述了偏坡水库工程建设缘由,从生态保护红线、水质、生态基流、对下游水量、防洪和水景观影响等方面分析工程建设对风景区的影响,提出解决对策,探讨水利发展与生态环境的关系。

Many aspects would be affected due to the water conservancy construction,and this paper mainly discussed the ecological impact after the reservoir was built on the upper landscape area and described the reasons to construct Pianpo Reservoir. According to red line of ecological protection,water quality,ecological base flow,impact on lower water quantity,flood control and water landscape,the project construction＇s impact on landscape area were analyzed to put forward the countermeasures and discuss the relationship between the water conservancy development and ecological environment.
