高寒地区混凝土坝施工期间温度控制研究

摘要 文章以中西部高寒地区碾压混凝土重力坝混凝土施工为例,探究施工期间温控措施。通过大量试验,对其温度变化进行对比分析,综合考虑工程效益成本等因素,最后提出"约束区、弱约束区、自由区混凝土浇筑温度是14℃、17℃、20℃;冷却水管铺设间隔采用1.2m×1.2m的蛇形铺设方案,冷却水建议选取10℃的天然水,通水时长为24d;坝体上下游、仓面混凝土表面覆盖一层4cm的聚苯乙烯保温板进行保温"等温控建议。取得较好的温控效果,保证了施工质量。 The concrete construction of roller compacted concrete gravity dam in alpine region in middle and western area was taken as the example to discuss the temperature control measures during the construction in this paper. The temperature changes were compared and analyzed through a lot of tests,the factors about project benefit cost also were considered comprehensively,finally,putting forward that " concrete placing temperature in retained zone,weak retained zone and free zone is 14℃,17℃ and20℃; cooling water pipe interval should be laid according to 1. 2m × 1. 2m laying scheme,cooling water was suggested to select natural water in 10℃,and the time of water flowing will be 24d; a 4cm thick polystyrene heat preservation plate should be laid at the upper and lower stream of the dam body or the concrete surface of the storehouse ",obtaining good temperature control effect,guaranteeing the construction quality.
