Toll样受体在母胎界面的表达及子痫前期发病机制中的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 子痫前期（preeclampsia，PE）是妊娠期特发疾病，其主要临床表现为高血压、水肿及蛋白尿等，严重时可伴随全身多器官功能异常，是孕产妇和围产儿死亡、胎儿生长受限、医源性早产等主要原因之一，其病因及发病机制仍不清楚。研究认为，其发生原因主要与胎盘血管形成不良、胎盘过度氧化应激及母体异常免疫反应有关。近年来，
