摘要
综述了近年来柿子人工气调贮藏与自发气调贮藏的研究进展,从中分别将国内外对不同品种的柿果在不同条件下的处理得出的结果做对比,分析总结了柿子气调贮藏的研究现状.
In this paper, the research progress of controlled atmosphere storage and modified atmosphere storage of persimmon in recent years is reviewed, the results of different kinds of persimmon varieties under different conditions are compared, and the research status of persimmon gas storage are summarized.
