摘要
运用文献资料、数据统计、访谈及实地调查等方法,对担任广西高校第一届气排球锦标赛裁判员的执裁状况进行研究.结果显示:本次运动会只在举办地一两所高校科选派裁判员,没有与当地气排球协会勾通选派,所以造成裁判员年龄结构不合理、执裁年限、经验参差不齐.第一裁判和第二裁判为教师,其他裁判员为学生、较年轻、缺乏裁判临场经验.裁判培训不成熟.裁判员一部分不是专业教师,对新规则理解不透,造成场上的局势有些失控.研究结论:广西高校气排球裁判组织机构不完善,对裁判队伍培养欠缺.缺乏良好的管理机制和正式的高校气排球裁判委员会,管理处于缺失状态.因此需要提高裁判组织机构良好的管理机制和成立正式裁判委员会,为日后高校举办高水平气排球赛,选拔、培养、发展和提高高校气排球裁判员水平打基础,有利于更好发展高校气排球项目培养优秀人才.
Based on the methods of literature, data statistics, interview and field investigation, this paper studies the status of the referee of the first gas volleyball tournament in Guangxi. The results showed that, the referees are only selected from the appointed hosting universities. This resulted in a reasonable age structure, uneven judging experience of the referees. For instance, the first referee and the second referee are teachers, and the other referees are students, young and lack of referee experience. Referee training is not mature. In addition, part of the teacher referee is not a professional teacher, and they are not familiar with the new rules. This sometimes led to the situation on the field out of control. Thus, it can be seen that the organization of the Guangxi college Gas Volleyball Referee Organization is not perfect, and the training of the referee's team is deficient. Without a good management mechanism and a formal college gas volleyball referee committee, management is insufficient. It is necessary to improve the management mechanism of the referee organization and establish a Commission for the selection, training, and the development of the referees as well as the improvement of the gas volleyball referee level foundation, and for the development of Gas Volleyball Training talents.
