摘要
整体薄壁结构件质量轻,具有较大的刚度及抗疲劳强度,在航空航天领域中的应用价值越来越大。从有限元仿真变形预测与控制、高精度加工装夹具优化、料材与工艺优化等方面论述了整体薄壁结构件数控加工变形控制技术的发展。对材料选型和工艺优化等方面进行阐述,总结了相关变形原理的研究进展和相应的变形控制措施。
Due to light weight, major stiffness and fatigue resistance, the overall thin-walled structure parts have more and more application values in the field of aerospace. Gave an introduction on the development of deformation control technology for CNC machining of the overall thin-walled structure parts from the aspects of deformation prediction and control by finite element simulation, optimization of the fixtures for high precision machining and optimization of material & processing technology while setting forth and summarizing the research progress of the relevant deformation principle and the corresponding deformation control measures in view of material selection and process optimization.
