摘要
柴油机电控燃油喷射系统是影响柴油机动力性、经济性和排放性的重要因素,在柴油机设计、优化和升级过程中起重要作用。基于电控高压共轨喷射系统,分析其结构与工作原理,通过燃油喷射参数控制与燃油喷射仿真,对电控燃油喷射系统进行优化,进而改善车用柴油机的工作特性。
E-controlled fuel oil injection system of diesel engine is a key factor affecting the diesel engine power, economy and emissions and plays an important role in design, optimization and upgrading of diesel engines. Based on the high pressure common rail e-controlled injection system, the analyses of structure and working principle and through control of fuel injection parameters and fuel injection simulation, the e-controlled fuel oil injection system was optimized and the working characteristics of the diesel engine are improved.
