摘要
对覆膜陶瓷粉末选择性激光烧结试验进行了研究,论述了陶瓷粉末的粒度选择。基于烧结温度、烧结时间、黏结剂体积比和细颗粒质量比,采用正交试验法进行试验,进而确定覆膜陶瓷粉末各组分的理想配比和烧结优化参数。
Selective laser sintering of film-coated ceramic powders was studied, and the selection of the particle size of the ceramic powders was discussed. Based on the sintering temperature, sintering time, the volume ratio of the binder and the mass ratio of fine particles, the orthogonal experiment was used for test, and then the ideal mixture ratio and the optimized sintering parameters of each component of the film-coated ceramic powder were determined.
