The main reason of production bottleneck was analyzed, and the production bottleneck identified based on AHP was studied through case studies. When the AHP was adopted to assign weight to the indicators for comprehensive analysis of the operation process of the production system, the production bottleneck could be identified effectively. It helps to optimize the production system of the enterprise and provides a reference for the formulation of the enterprise production plan so as to improve the yield of the enterprise.
