摘要
在研究供热期电网弃风机理基础上,分析热电联产机组电热耦合关系,并建立考虑电力系统和热力系统约束的区域电网调度模型,定量分析风电渗透率、热负荷水平及电负荷水平对弃风影响。算例使用CPLEX优化软件求解,结果表明:供热期负荷低谷时段,热电联产机组调峰容量为额定容量的20%,严重挤压风电上网空间,导致大量弃风;热电联产机组热负荷水平由额定容量的68.3%下降到52.4%,可减少30%弃风。
Wind curtailment of power grid is severe during heating period in the three-north area of China, accurate analysis of wind curtailment is the key to formulate effective wind consumption measures. Based on the analysis of the mechanism of wind curtailment during the heating period, this paper analyses the relationship of Electro-thermal coupling of CHP (combined heat and power) unit, and establishes a dispatching model of regional power grid which considering power system and thermal system constraints, then the impact of wind power penetration, heat load level and electric load level to wind curtailment were analyzed quantitatively. The example is solved by CPLEX optimization software. The results show : CHP unit' s peak load regulation capacity is 20% of the rated capacity in valley load hours of heating period, which severely squeezes wind power accommodate space, lead to a large quantity of wind curtailment ; the CHP unit' s heat load level is reduced from the rated capacity of 68.3% to 52.4%, which can reduces by about 30% wind curtailment.
