摘要
利用管式炉实验系统对富氧气氛燃烧下煤掺烧生物质时污染物的排放特性进行测量分析,结果表明:随着燃烧温度和氧气浓度的提高,SO2和NO的排放曲线峰值及转化率增加;随着掺烧生物质比例的增加,SO2和NO的排放曲线峰值及转化率减小;掺烧的煤种和生物质种类对SO2和NO排放影响较大,烟煤掺烧玉米秆比贫煤掺烧时的SO2排放曲线峰值大,NO的排放曲线峰值小;烟煤掺烧玉米秆比掺烧锯末时的SO2排放曲线峰值大,NO的排放曲线峰值小。
Pollutants of coal combustion blending with biomass in oxygen-enriched atmosphere was measured and analyzed in a tube furnace, the results showed that as the combustion temperature and oxygen concentration increase, SO2 and NO emissions peak curve and conversion rate increase, with the increase of biomass blending ratio, SO2 and NO emissions curve peak value is smaller when bituminous coal blending with cornstalks ; compared with burning sawdust, when bituminous coal blended with cornstalks, SO2 emission curve peak value is larger and NO emission curve peak value is smaller.
