催化剂与阻聚剂协同作用糠醛的生产 被引量:1

摘要 糠醛的生产一方面要促进半纤维素及戊糖水解反应的进行,同时也要减少糠醛副反应的发生。该文以Brcnsted和Lewis酸为催化剂促进糠醛的生成,对比FeCl3、AlCl3·6H2O及ZnCl2共3种氯盐及硫酸对糠醛生成的作用。在此基础上加入硫脲添加剂阻止糠醛聚合等副反应的发生,使糠醛产率由33.78%提高至47.59%(GB/T 2677.9—94方法计算糠醛理论产量,产率为63.61%),选择率由40.46%提升至62.45%. In the process of furfural production, it is necessary to promote hydrolysis of hemicellulose and pentose and decrease furfural side-reactions. This paper investigated the combination effect of Brcnsted and Lewis acid in conversion of corncobs to furfural and compared effects of three different Lewis acids, including FeCl3, AlCl3 6H2O and ZnCl2 with sulfuric acid. On this basis, thiourea was added into furfural production to prevent furfural side-reactions, such as polymerization, which results in furfural yield increasing from 33.78% to 47.59% (63.61%, with calculation method of GB/T2677.9-94) and furfural selectivities increasing from 40.46% to 62.45%.
