摘要 教育本意主要是养成,养成契合教师教育。养成性教师教育旨在培养"作为人的教师",其主导逻辑是内外兼修、内外相因、内外呼应、相辅相成、和谐发展、整体养成和德艺双馨。养成性教师教育更逼近素质教育,更强调主体性教育,更重视生活教育,更倡导个性化教育,更关注仪式教育和更追求生态化教育。养成的主要方式包括文化浸润、生活导引、社团磨砺、活动洗练、职业指引、角色强化、课程规训、技能培训、实践锻炼与事例解剖。养成性教师教育更利于解决德艺失范的状况,更善于培养"四有"教师,更助于培养全面发展的教师,以及更益于培养可持续发展的教师。 The real intention of education is cultivation which conforms to teachers' education. Cultivated teachers' education aims at fostering teachers with humanity, applying the strategy of integrating self-development, keeping the balance between internal and external environment and combining morality and skills. It emphasizes what quality-oriented education advocates, focusing on subjection, secularity, individualism, ritualization and ecologicalization. The method of cultivated education is comprised of cultural immersion, life instruction, group development, active participation, professional guide, role identification, course study, skills training, case analysis and practice. It is useful to solve the high-frequent accident and cultivate all-round and developing teachers who have high ideals, sound morals, good education and a strong sense of discipline.
