摘要 为了使3D打印模型获得较好的力学性能,对打印时不同工艺参数变化对模型在垂直层面方向的压缩力学性能的影响及其原因进行了比较分析。结果表明,合理设置打印时的分层厚度、喷头温度、打印速度等工艺参数,可以有效提高3D打印模型的压缩力学性能。当分层厚度为350μm、喷头温度为210℃、打印速度为70 mm/s时,3D打印模型在垂直层面方向可以得到较高的压缩力学性能,为后续3D打印模型获得较高的压缩力学性能提供了参考依据。 In order to obtain better mechanical properties of 3D printing model. Compared and analyzed the effects and causes of the different process parameters changing on the compressive mechanical properties of the model in the vertical direction. The results show that setting proper process parameters such as layer thickness ,nozzle temperature and printing speed can improve the compressive mechanical properties of 3D printing model effectively. When the layer thickness is 350 μm, the nozzle temperature is 210 ℃ and the printing speed is 70 mm/s. The 3D printing model can obtain higher compressive mechanical proper- ties in the vertical direetion which can provide reference to obtain higher compressive mechanical proper- ties for the subsequent 3D printing model.
