摘要
针对微小工件的多面加工和细小孔加工的特点,结合现代自动化技术的应用,在工件的全自动化加工方面做了深入的研究和实践,并着重从工件工艺分析、设备选用,自动化设计、自动夹具设计和在线检测等方面展开研发,提升了工件加工的效率和质量,降低了企业生产成本,并具有现实的推广意义。
According to the features of multiaspact parts machining and small hole machining, combined with the application of modern automation technology,we have done thorough research and practice in the auto- matic machining of parts. We do the research from the process analysis of parts,equipment selection,au- tomatic fixture design ,tools online testing and other aspects. Improve the efficiency and quality of parts processing, reduce production costs, and it has practical significance.
