摘要
针对数控车削加工中部分宽度尺寸无法直接测量的问题,提出设计了一整套在机测量装置和测量方法。测量装置是由磁性表座、连接杆、杠杆千分表等装置组合而成。并分别针对工件中单方向尺寸、槽宽尺寸、槽间厚度尺寸三种不同类的宽度尺寸提出三种打表测量的计算方法。同时对杠杆千分表的反向间隙进行测定。通过打表测量,可以有效的进行车削加工中宽度尺寸的在机检测。并把测量精度提升至0.001 mm的精密测量级别。可以有效提高机床的加工能力。
Aiming at the problem that the width dimensions of parts cannot be measured directly in NC turning, de- signed a set of on-machine measuring devices and measuring methods. The measurement device is com- posed of a magnetic base, a connecting rod, a lever dial gauge assembly device. According to the width of the single dimension, the width of the slot, and the size of the groove, three kinds of measuring meth- ods are put forward for the measurement of the width dimensions. At the same time, the reverse clear- ance on the micrometer was determined. Through the meter measurement, it can effectively carry out the on-machine detection of the width of the turning process. And the measurement accuracy is improved to the level of 0. 001 mm, which will effectively improve the processing capacity of machine tools.
