重组竹基本力学性能的试验分析与研究 被引量:9

摘要 为了促进重组竹在结构工程中的应用,对重组竹材料的基本力学性能进行了试验研究,并分析讨论了材料的受力特性及破坏形态。结果表明,重组竹的基本力学性能较好,强度高,稳定性能好,具有良好的强重比,材料破坏时呈现塑性破坏模式;重组竹材料为典型的各向异性材料,材料强度在顺纹方向和横纹方向具有较明显的差别;材料弹性模量较低,材料变形较大。重组竹的基本力性能基本满足工程力学要求,具有工程结构使用可行性,但结构设计时应注意上述材料受力特性。 For promoting the application of bamboo in structural engineering,the basic mechanical properties of recombinant bamboo material were studied,and its material mechanical characteristics and failure modes were also discussed.The experimental results show that the basic mechanical properties of bamboo are excellent with a high strength,good stability,high ratio of strength to weight.The material was damaged with a plastic failure mode;recombinant bamboo material is a typical anisotropic material,whose strength has obvious difference in longitudinal direction and transverse direction;its elastic modulus is low to have a high material deformation.The basic mechanical properties of recombinant bamboo can meet the basic requests of engineering structure,show a good feasibility when used in engineering structure,but the structure design should pay attention to these materials characteristics.
