摘要 新时代我国茶叶发展的关键是创新和绿色。在当前我国茶叶产业持续发展的良好形势下,茶叶质量安全问题显得更加重要。茶是一种世界公认的健康饮料,因此应该在创新和绿色的理念指引下,使得有害的物质远离茶叶,让茶叶成为一种造福于人类的安全、健康食品。在谈及茶叶质量安全问题时,这里用科学来解读三个茶叶质量安全问题。 Innovation and greenness are two keys in the development of the national tea industry in the new era. More attention should be paid to quality and safety of tea products as the tea industry is experiencing a booming. As tea is widely recognized as a health beverage in the world, we should strictly follow the guidelines of innovation and greenness and keep tealeaves free of harmful substances so as to make sure that tea is a safe and health beverage that brings all the bene ts to humankind.
