摘要
电厂设备常用的传统检修方式包括BM(breakdown maintenance,故障检修)、TBM(time-based maintenance,定期检修)和CBM(condition-based maintenance,状态检修).为了进一步提高电厂设备的安全性和可靠性,降低设备的维护成本并延长其使用寿命,RBM(riskbased maintenance)这种基于风险管理的检修模式也势在必行.通过比较不同的检修模式,阐释了RBM检修方式的模型和方法.从"故障和损坏发生的概率"以及"发生时产生的损害程度"这两个维度,分别说明了对电厂设备进行RBM评估的标准、流程以及评估结果.同时就某电厂试行RBM检修的实际案例展开了实证分析,可以为电力企业有效应用RBM检修模式提供有益的理论支撑和实践指引.
Conventional maintenance methods for power plant facilities have been widely ap- plied,including but not limited to breakdown maintenance (BM),time-based maintenance (TBM), and condition-based maintenance (CBM). In order to further improve the safety and reliability of power plant facilities,RBM (risk-based maintenance) strategy turns to be a preferable alternative for reducing maintenance cost and extending lifetime of those facilities. A comparison between dif- ferent maintenance methods is conducted,and the relevant model and mechanism of RBM are clari- fied. From a perspective of two dimensions regarding "how often failures and troubles happen" and "how big the induced damages are", the criteria, workflow and results of RBM evaluation are de- scribed. Finally,an empirical study is made on a RBM application and is exercised at a power plant. Such an analysis can hopefully provide both theoretical foundation and practical direction to ensure effective application of RBM method at power plants.
