临床医生领悟社会支持与焦虑、抑郁相关性研究

Association of clinicians' perceived social support and development of anxiety and depression

目的探讨临床医生的领悟社会支持与其焦虑、抑郁情绪的相关性。方法采用整群随机抽样法,以广东省3所综合性三级甲等医院的434名临床医生为研究对象,采用《领悟社会支持量表》《焦虑自评量表》《抑郁自评量表》分别对其领悟社会支持、焦虑和抑郁状况进行调查。结果临床医生领悟社会支持总分为(60.6±9.9)分,焦虑总分为(40.9±8.3)分,抑郁总分为(45.0±10.2)分。高领悟社会支持状态检出率为56.7%(246/434),焦虑检出率为15.9%(69/434),抑郁检出率为23.5%(102/434)。焦虑组、抑郁组临床医生的领悟社会支持总分及其各因子得分分别低于非焦虑组和非抑郁组(P<0.01)。焦虑、抑郁得分与领悟社会支持总分及其各因子得分均呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论临床医生的领悟社会支持与其焦虑、抑郁情绪密切相关;有效的领悟社会支持可在一定程度上减轻其焦虑与抑郁的不良心理反应,提高其心理健康水平。

Objective To explore the relationship of clinicians＇ perceived social support and development of anxiety and depression. Methods A total of 434 clinicians from 3 comprehensive grade A hospitals in Guangdong Province were selected as study subjects by cluster random sampling method. The questionnaires of Perceived Social Support Scale, Self- rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale were used to investigate their perceived social support, anxiety and depression respectively. Results The total scores of perceived social support, anxiety and depression in clinicians were （60. 6 ± 9. 9 ）, （ 40. 9 ± 8.3 ）, and （ 45.0 ± 10. 2 ）, respectively. The detection rates of high perceived social support status, anxiety and depression were 56. 7% （246/434） , 15.9% （69/434） , and 23.5% （102/434） , respectively. The scores of perceived social support of clinicians with anxiety or depression were significantly lower than the scores of those without anxiety or depression （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. There was a negative correlation between anxiety, depression and perceived social support （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The clinicians＇ perceived social support is closely related to the occurrence of anxiety and depression. Effective perceived social support can alleviate some of the clinicians＇ anxiety, depression and other adverse psychological reactions, and improve their mental health.
