Detecting sulfur dioxide in workplace air by ion chromatography coupled with solid adsorption tube sampling

摘要 目的建立工作场所空气中二氧化硫分子筛固体吸附管采样离子色谱测定方法。方法采用分子筛固体吸附管采集空气样品,以蒸馏水解吸,于弱碱体系中用过氧化氢氧化后直接经阴离子交换色谱住分离,电导检测器检测。结果二氧化硫在质量浓度为0.10~16.00 mg/L时呈线性关系,相关系数为0.999 8;方法检出限为0.02mg/L,最低检出浓度为0.01 mg/m3,平均解吸效率为96.53%~99.35%,批内、批间相对标准偏差分别为1.73%~3.65%和1.80%~4.46%,样品在室温下至少可保存14 d。结论本方法适用于工作场所空气中二氧化硫的测定。 Objective To establish a detecting method for sulfur dioxide in workplace air by molecular sieve solid adsorption tube sampling and ion chromatography. Methods Air samples were collected by molecular sieve solid adsorption tubes, desorbed by distilled water, oxidized by hydrogen peroxide in weak base system, separated by anion exchange chromatography and detected by conductivity detector. Results The good linearity range of sulfur dioxide was 0. 10-16. 00 rag/L, and the correlation coefficient was 0. 999 8. The detection limit was 0. 02 rag/L, the minimum detectable concentration was 0. 01 mg/m3. The average desorption efficiency was 96. 53% -99.35%. The within-run and between-run relative standard deviations were 1.73%-3.65% and 1.80%-4. 46% respectively. The samples could be stored at room temperature for at least 14 days. Conclusion This method is suitable for detecting sulfur dioxide in workplace air.
