微等离子束治疗萎缩性痤疮瘢痕临床疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨应用微等离子束治疗萎缩性痤疮瘢痕的临床疗效及安全性。方法随机选择76例萎缩性痤疮瘢痕患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组,试验组采用微等离子束治疗,对照组采用2 940 nm铒激光治疗。具体的治疗参数依据患者瘢痕的严重程度进行选择。所有患者共治疗3次,每次间隔8周,末次治疗结束8周后来院复诊1次。首次治疗前及复诊时均对治疗部位拍照并保存。评价患者治疗后痤疮瘢痕权重评分(ECCA)的改善情况及两种疗法的临床疗效,同时观察并记录不良反应的发生情况。结果两种疗法均可改善痤疮患者的ECCA评分,两组差异有统计学意义;试验组的总有效率优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义。试验组患者色素沉着时间短于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义;试验组患者误工期、红斑持续时间及结痂脱落时间相对较长,与对照组相比差异无统计学意义。结论微等离子束治疗萎缩性痤疮瘢痕疗效较好,可以改善患者ECCA评分,且色素沉着时间较短,容易消退。 Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of the application of micro-plasma in the treatment of atrophic acne scar. Methods A total of 76 cases with atrophic ache scar were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group by using random numbers table, then the treatment group was treated with micro-plasma, and the control group was treated with 2940nm erbium laser. The specific treatment parameters were selected according to the severity of the scar. All the patients were treated three times with an interval of eight weeks. Eight weeks after the last treatment, the patients were asked to have a further consultation. The treatment site was .photographed and preserved before and after the treatment. The ECCA improvement and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were evaluated, and the occurrence of adverse reactions was observed and recorded. Results The ECCA score of the patients was improved, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. The duration of pigmentation in the treatment group was shorter than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. The time of absence and duration of erythema and the time of the scab slough off in the treatment group were relatively long, but the difference was not statistically significant compared with the control group. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of micro-plasma on atrophic acne scar is better, which may can improve the patients' ECCA score, and the duration of pigmentation is shorter and easy to fade away.
