摘要 为了提升钢领质量,延长使用寿命,在分析普通镀铬钢领技术、发展和使用性能的基础上,采用固体铬金属原料,开发出高硬度纳米氮化铬钢领;详细阐明高硬度纳米氮化铬钢领的优良性能和表面形貌,即高硬度、低表面粗糙度、高附着力,表面光亮且具"网状裂纹"形貌、产量高、费用低、环保。指出:纳米氮化铬钢领制造时无污染,产量高,成本低廉,但真空纳米气相沉积炉设备费用较高;该钢领能抗氧化磨损、粘着磨损以及疲劳磨损,使镀铬钢领使用周期由9个月延长到3a,可替代电解镀铬钢领。 To improve the quality of the quality,and prolong the service life of the ring,based on the analysis of ordinary chrome plating technology regarding the development and ring performance, using solid chromium materials, a NM nitride-chromium ring is introduced, clarifying its excellent performance and surface topography in detail, which is of high hardness, small surface roughness,high adhesion, bright surface with"resillage"morphology, high yield, low cost and environment friendly.It is pointed out that the NM nitride-chromium ring with high solidity is of no pollution,high yield,low cost in manufacturing,yet the nano vacuum vapor deposition furnace is high in cost.The ring is resistant to oxidation wear,adhesion wear and fatigue wear. The service life of the NM nitride-chromium ring with high solidity extends from 9 months to 3 years,thus a good replacement of electrolytic chrome ring.
