摘要
为了保证环锭纺纱气圈高度恒定,避免张力突变引起纺纱断头,以国产环锭细纱机传统机械结构为例,分析其主—次轴传动机构的原理及导纱板升降机构在纺纱过程中对气圈高度的影响,并就主—次轴总体结构不变时以偏心轮机构替代位叉机构,改变变速轮的径向尺寸对两种机构进行比较。指出:偏心轮机构代替原位叉机构,既可解决环锭细纱机锭数增加引起导纱系统总质量增加后位叉机构压力增大的问题,又便于调节,受力状态良好,制造成本低。
To ensure constant balloon length in ring spinning,avoid end breakge due to tension mutations,sampling the traditional mechanical structure of domestic spinning frame,analysis is done to the principle of main shaft of the drive motion and the effect of the yarn guide lifting motion on the balloon length in spinning process.Comparison is done between the two types of institutions under the provision that with the overall structure of shaft unchanged, the eccentric wheel replaces the forking mechanism so as to change the radial dimension of the wheels. It is pointed out that the eccentric wheel mechanism replacing the forking mechanism not only solves the problem of the pressure increase of the fork mechanism caused by the increase of the spindle number of the ring spinning frame,but also facilitates the adjustment, the force condition is good, and the manufacturing cost is low.
