摘要
为提高喷气织机电磁制动器的稳定性、减少故障,介绍电磁制动器结构和工作原理,分析喷气织机在停止和启动过程中易出现的故障及其相应的检查方法,并根据实践经验提出在使用、维修过程中应采取的预防措施。指出:喷气织机电磁制动器属于干式单片摩擦制动器,制动力的大小直接影响刹车效果;使用过程中由于制动力矩变小或控制信号错误造成制动器出现刹车角度不准、响应速度慢、不能及时停车而出现疵布的问题;由于制动器断电后制动磁轭无法与衔铁组件脱开,导致织机一直处于报警状态;实践中应控制好主动轴转速和工作环境温度,并做好除尘工作,可提高产品质量和生产效率。
To improve the stability and reduce faults with the electromagnetic brake of air-jet loom,the electromagnetic brake structure and working principle is introduced.Analysis is done to the faults frequently occurring in the stop and start-up process of air-jet loom and its corre- sponding inspection method, something must be done in the process of use and maintenance of precaution measures according to the practical experience.It is pointed out that the electromagnetic brake of air-jet loom is of the single dry friction brake, the braking force directly affects the braking effect; fault fabrics results from incorrect braking angle, slow response and delayed stop due to the braking torque becomes small or the control signal error in the use process;due to the magnetic yokels failure to detach from to armature assembly in case of power-off of the brake,the loom has been in a state of alarm;the drive shaft speed and temperature of the working environment should be well controlled in production practice. Cleaning work is also indispensable,only by doing so can the quality of products and production efficiency be improved.
