略谈WRC-965型与WRC-365型胶辊的使用体会

Application Experience in the Use of Roller WRC-965 and WRC-365

为了优选胶辊,提高成纱质量,依据细纱前胶辊的选型原则,结合生产实践,选用免处理或微处理WRC-965型和WRC-365型胶辊;介绍表面涂料处理和紫外线光照处理两种胶辊的表面处理方法,通过成纱质量对比分析WRC-965型和WRC-365型胶辊的生产应用。指出:WRC-965型与WRC-365型胶辊适应品种广泛,适合多种表面处理方式,使用周期稳定,车间生活好做;这两种型号胶辊涂料处理与光照处理后纺棉混品种时指标接近,纺化纤品种时指标有差异。

To optimize rollers for better yarn quality, according to the selection principle of spinning front top roller, combining with the production practice, rollers WRC-965 and WRC-365 of processless or micro processed are selected. Introduction is done to the two surface treatment methods of coating treated and UV lighted treated rollers. Analysis is done to the production application of rollers WRC-965 and WRC-365 through comparison of yarn quality.It is pointed out that both rollers WRC-965 and WRC-365 have varieties of application,suitable for a many surface treatment methods, the use of life cycle is stable, and the workshop performance is excellent;roller WRC-965 either coated or UV lighted is close to roller WRC-365 either coated or UV lighted in spinning index of cotton blended variety,yet there is some gap of index of synthetic blended.
