苯乙烯合成工艺探析

摘要 介绍了苯乙烯的性质、用途、市场前景和生产现状,以及苯乙烯的5种主要合成工艺:乙烯法、甲/乙醇法、乙烷法、裂解汽油法和乙炔法等,分析了这些工艺的现状和优缺点。根据苯乙烯的行业现状及其合成工艺现状,展望了苯乙烯合成工艺的发展趋势,建议大力研发新型的以煤炭替代石油为原料的苯与乙炔直接烯基化合成苯乙烯合成工艺。 The properties, use, market future and production status of styrene are introduced, and five pri- mary synthesis technologies of styrene, including ethylene method, methanol/ethanol method, ethane meth- od,pyrolysisgasoline method and acetylene method are introduced. The status and virtues and defects of these technologies are analyzed and expatiated briefly. Basing on the actuality of styrene industry and its synthesis technologies, the development trends of synthesis technologies of styrene are prospected. The synthesis technology of the acetylene method are advised to be emphaticallyresearched which the styreneis synthesized with alkylation of acetylene and benzene from coal but not petroleum oil.
