生物增效对某污水处理厂环境雌激素去除效果研究 被引量:4

Study on the Bioaugmentation Effect on the Removal Efficiency of Environmental Estrogens in the Sewage Treatment Plant

摘要 为了研究生物增效技术对城市污水中环境雌激素(EEs)的去除及后续持续性作用,采用生物增效技术的某城市污水处理厂,连续采集菌剂投加前、中、后期的进水口、氧化沟进水、氧化沟出水、二沉池出水的水样。采用固相萃取-气质联用法检测雌酮(E1)、17α-乙炔基雌二醇(EE2)、17β-雌二醇(E2)、辛基酚(OP)、壬基酚(NP)、双酚A(BPA)6种EEs的浓度,采用固相萃取-重组基因酵母法测定E2当量值(estradiol equivalents,EEQs)。6个采样时间的雌激素二级处理效率分别为61.1%、81.1%、75.6%、48.9%、68.7%、68%,对应气质检测结果,表明二级生物处理工艺对环境雌激素的去除起主导作用。增效前的雌激素总去除效率为70.6%,增效期间为84.9%,维护期去除率分别为80.9%、61.1%、76.4%、75.1%,表明投加生物增效剂加强了污水处理工艺对环境雌激素的去除效果,在后续时间发挥持续性作用。 In order to study the removal of EEs in municipal wastewater and subsequent effect by bioaug- mentation technology. The water samples are collected from the total intake, intake of oxidation ditch, out- let of oxidation ditch and the outlet of secondary sedimentation tank of one municipal wastewater treatment plant using biological synergistic agent before adding,in the middle and late stages. The concentration of six EEs( El, EE2, E2, OP, NP, BPA)in samples are determined by GC/MS methods and a solid phase ex- traction/yeast two - hybrid system is used to evaluate the activity of environmental estrogens of sewage water. The efficiency of second stage treatment at six sampling time which corresponding the results of GC -MS are 61.1% ,81.1% ,75.6% ,48.9% ,68.7% ,68% ,which reveal that the biological treatment technology plays a major role in the removal of EEs. The total removal efficiency before bioaugmentation is 70.6 % , bioangrnentation period is 8 4.9 % , and the maintenance period are 8 0.9 % , 61.1% , 7 6.4 % , 75.1% ,which shows that biological synergistic agent enhanced the removal efficiency of EEs and makes persist effect.
