摘要
党的十九大报告完善了生态文明建设新体制，为林业发展带来了新机遇。习近平总书记关于经济、社会、生态文明建设的许多论断，为林业发展指明了方向，同时也赋予林业发展新的内涵：森林是水库、钱库、粮库；绿水青山就是金山银山。面对新时代、新机遇、新挑战，林业发展要以新思想为指导，以新理念为引领，以新目标为激励，以新举措促进林业供给侧结构性改革，推动林业经济效益、生态效益和社会效益的和谐统一，为实现百姓富、生态优的美丽中国目标和人与自然和谐共生的社会主义现代化强国目标做出积极贡献。
The 19th CPC National Congress perfected the new system of ecological civilization construction and brought new opportunities for forestry development. General Secretary Xi Jinping＇s conclusiom on the comtruction of economy, society and ecological civilization have pointed out the direction for the development of forestry and given new meaning to the development of forestry. The forests are reservoirs, money stores and grain depots. Lucid Water and Lush Mountains are Invaluable Assets. Facing the new era, new opportunities and new challenges, forestry development should be guided by new ideas, new targets and new measures to promote the structural reform of forestry supply-side, to promote the economic benefits, ecological benefits and social benefits of forestry, to make positive contributions to achieving the beautiful China goal of rich people and excellent ecology as well as the goal of a powerful socialist modem nation where man and nature live in harmony.
