摘要 京津唐电网深度调峰补偿规则改变后,"两个细则"补偿逐渐由AGC补偿偏重于调峰补偿。本文以京津唐电网某600 MW燃煤火电机组为对象,分析了深度调峰补偿规则改变后对发电厂及基于"两个细则"机组盈利能力的影响,同时说明了机组深度调峰和电厂发电量的经济关系,为电厂的电量营销及机组运行管理提供参考。 Since the deep peak shaving compensation of Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan power grid has been adjusted, the compensation proportion of two detailed rules has gradually shifted from AGC compensation to peak shaving compensation. Take a 600 MW coal-fired unit in Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan on the two rules profitability compensation, and the economic plant is discussed, providing the power grid as the research object, analyze the influence after the changing rules of depth peaking shaving relations of unit reference for the peaking shaving with amount of power power plant electricity marketing and unit daily operation.
