摘要 针对目前群组变压器状态评估方法无法全面掌握设备故障风险信息、准确制订在运变压器检修策略的问题,提出基于全维度故障风险信息的群组电力变压器运行状态精准诊断方法。该方法通过完善变压器不良运行工况和家族缺陷等基础数据,通过分级管理改进了群组变压器评估体系。在此基础上制订了电力变压器绕组变形标准化诊断管理流程,基于电容—电抗联合分析法,定量诊断绕组变形程度与变形位置,最终实现通过对群组变压器历史数据分析提前发现非停电设备重大隐患的目的,改变了变压器故障后检修的被动局面。 In view of the current management status of group transformers, which shows that transformer status assessment is short of mastering the comprehensive fault risk information of the equipment state and transformer maintenance strategy can not be established in operation. This paper presents a precise diagnosis method for the operation state of the group power transformers based on the full dimension fault risk information. The method improves the evaluation system of group transformers by improving the basic data of transformer bad operating conditions and family defects. And formulation of the standardization of power transformer winding deformation diagnosis management process, according to capacitance-reactance analysis, realizes quantitative diagnosis of the degree of deformation and deformation of the winding position, and ultimately achieves to find in advance the major hidden dangers of non-power equipment through the analysis of historical data transformer group, and changes the long-standing passive fault situation.
