低温回火工艺对冷轧6.5%高硅电工钢复合板的影响 被引量:2

摘要 将温轧后的0.38mm 6.5%(质量分数)高硅电工钢复合板在冷轧前进行不同的热处理工艺,通过光学显微镜观察了不同状态的复合板经过冷轧的显微组织;测试了各组复合板冷轧后的磁感应强度和铁损,对比了复合板冷轧前后的显微硬度值。研究表明,中温变形后的复合板空冷至室温后直接冷轧,其塑性差、裂纹多、硬度高、磁性能差,低温回火工艺不能阻止复合板在冷轧过程中出现裂纹,对其室温塑性和磁性能没有本质提高,淬火结合低温回火工艺可以有效地抑制复合板芯层发生有序相转变,可以显著提高其室温塑性和磁性能。 The 0.38 mm 6.5%Si electrical composite plate is carried out the different heat treatment processing before cold rolling.Microstructure of the different states of 6.5%Si electrical composite plate is observed by optical microscope.The magnetic property of different groups of 6.5%Si electrical composite plate is measured.The microhardness of 6.5%Si electrical composite plate both before and after cold rolling is compared.The results show that during the stage of 6.5%Si electrical composite plate after warm rolling cooled to room temperature,its plastic property,magnetic property and microhardness is poor.Its plastic property at room temperature is not improved essentially by virtue of low tempering could not prevent the composite plate from cracking during cold rolling.The order phase transition of core layer of composite plate is effectively restrained because of quenching combined with low temperature tempering,and the room temperature plastic property and magnetic property of 6.5%Si electrical composite plate could be developed significantly.
