辛夷鼻炎湿巾改善过敏性鼻炎模型大鼠鼻部继发症状的实验研究

Experimental research of Xinyi rhinitis wet wipes treating on allergic rhinitis model rats to improve the secondary symptoms on their noses

目的:探讨辛夷鼻炎湿巾对过敏性鼻炎模型大鼠鼻部继发红肿、瘙痒、流涕等症状的改善情况。方法:70只大鼠随机分为正常组和造模组,参照文献方法建立相关大鼠鼻炎模型,造模成功后,随机分为空白对照组、辛夷高剂量组、辛夷中剂量组、辛夷低剂量组、生理盐水组和干燥纸巾组,分别给予辛夷高、中、低剂量湿巾和生理盐水湿巾、干燥纸巾进行擦拭,观察大鼠打喷嚏,鼻部红肿和挠鼻情况。结果:与空白对照组相比,辛夷高剂量和中剂量湿巾均能有效缓解大鼠鼻部红肿症状,与干燥纸巾组比较,辛夷高剂量能够改善大鼠的挠鼻症状(P<0.05),但各组对大鼠喷嚏症状的改善较差。结论:辛夷鼻炎高剂量湿巾组能够有效缓解过敏性鼻炎大鼠鼻部继发红肿和瘙痒症状。

Objective：To investigate effect of Xinyi wet wipes on model rats of allergic rhinitis to improve the secondary symptoms on their noses,like redswollen nose, itchy,running nose,and so on. Method：70 rats were divided into normal group and model groups randomly. And model of allergic rhinitis was produced by the way which mentioned in references. Then rats were divided into group,high,middle and low doses Xinyi group,saline group and dry towel group after models were made successfully. Then rats＇ noses were given wipe of different doses of Xinyi,saline and dry towel except blank control group. Finally, to observe rats＇situation of sneezing, red swollen nose and scratching their noses. Result：Compared with dry towel group ,rats＇red swollen noses could be improved better by wet wiping of high and middle doses Xinyi. Xinyi high dose wipes could improve the nasal sympotoms of rats （P〈0.05）,while all groups worked badly on rats＇ sneezing. Conclusion ： High doses Xinyi wet wipes of rhinitiseould improve the symptom of red swollen nose and pruritus on allergic rhinitis rats.
