十八反药对甘草与甘遂配伍前后及其相应经方甘遂半夏汤对大鼠脏器及生化指标影响的研究

The research about the effect of the eighteen incompatible medicaments coordinated use of glycyrrhiza with euphorbia and Gansui Banxia decoction in organ and biochemical indexes of rats

目的:通过研究十八反药对甘草与甘遂配伍前后及其相应经方甘遂半夏汤对大鼠脏器及生化指标的影响,考察配伍对十八反药对甘草与甘遂的毒性变化影响。方法:将大鼠分为对照组、甘草组、甘遂组、甘遂+甘草组及甘遂半夏汤组,给予相应药液灌胃给药,连续7d。取血清检测谷氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、总蛋白(TP)及白蛋白(ALb),并取心、肝、脾、肾计算脏器指数。结果:各组间脏器指数比较差异无统计学意义;甘草+甘遂组与对照组及甘遂半夏汤组ALT和AST相比显著增高差异有统计学意义。结论:十八反药对甘草配伍甘遂对肝功能有损伤,即配伍之后毒性增加,属于配伍禁忌,与传统中医药理论相吻合;但甘遂半夏汤全方配伍之后可显著降低甘草伍甘遂的毒性,说明十八反药对只要合理配伍也可用于临床,研究结果也为十八反药对自古至今的广泛使用提供了一定的实验依据。

Objective ：To study the effects of compatibility on the Toxicity about glycyrrhiza and euphorbia which are Eighteen Incompatible Medicaments,by detection the effect of coordinated use of glycyrrhiza with euphorbia and Gansui Banxia decoction in organ and biochemical indexes of rats. Metleds：Randomly divided health rats into normal saline group,glycyrrhiza group,euphorbia group,glycyrrhiza with euphorbia group and Gansui Banxia decoction group. Meanwhile, each group was intragastric administration by 0.2 mL/10 g one time every day,after 7 days detected the serum biochemical indexes of liver function by ALT,AST,ALP,TP,ALb and calculate the organ indices of heart,liver, spleen and kidney. Result：The organ indices of heart,liver,spleen and kidney about control group and administration group had no significant difference. The result of the serum biochemical indicators of liver function about ALT, AST which were compared of each group indicated that glycyrrhiza with euphorbia group had significant difference compare with control group and Gansui Banxia decoction group. The result of the serum biochemical indicators of liver function about ALP,TP Alb which were compared of each group had no significant difference. Conclusion ：The Eighteen Incompatible Medicaments glycyrrhiza and euphorbia had an impairment of liver function it is one kind of incompatibility of drugs in a prescription and also suit the theory of Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）.The toxicity of glycyrrhiza and euphorbia can reduce in the Gansui Banxia decoction. That reasonable combination of the Eighteen Incompatible Medicaments as long as can also be used in clinical,the results also provide the certain experimental basis of the widespread use of the Eighteen Incompatible Medicaments.
