学科特征视角下的微信公众平台评价体系建立

The Establishment of Wechat Official Platform Evaluation System from a Disciplinary Characteristic Perspective

医学类微信公众平台领域迅速发展,但多疏于管理,不能发挥作用,因此本研究基于学科特征建立针对医学领域的微信公众平台。通过文献析出初级指标体系,采用专家咨询对指标体系进行评分和修订,以肯德尔和谐系数评价评分者信度。本研究从医学学科特征建立指标体系,用于该领域的监督管理。大部分专家对指标的代表性、独立性给予认可。经计算分别得出三级指标代表性、独立性、重要性和谐系数。评分者信度较高,专家评估意见具有较高的一致性。

Medical Wechat official platforms have developed rapidly~ but it is ineffective in most cases because of the lack of management. Therefore, this research aimed to establish the Wechat official platform for medical domain based on disciplinary characteristics. It analyzed the primary index system through literatures, rated and revised the index system by consulting experts, and assessed rater credibility through Kendall coefficient of concordance. This research set up the index system to supervise and administrate medical domain based on the characteristics of medical sciences. Most experts recognized the representativeness and independency of the index. We calculate the representative concordance coefficient, importance coefficient and the independent concordance coefficient of the third-grade index espectively. This paper revealed that there exists a high rater credibility and expert assessment has a high degree of consistency.
